How to make a mouse folowing plane on roblox?

Like the planes luckyglues uses and blooxerindisquise I have a plane tool for the planes but I don't know how to create the plane.|||That stuff isn't really findable in free models yet. It probably never will be. You'll need to know a good bit of Lua to actually make a plane like that.
