What is the step-by-step hand signal procedure for launching a plane from a Navy carrier?

What specific series of steps (checks, hand signals, communication, etc) do the various men take to launch a plane from an aircraft carrier?|||Having spent 2 years on the flight deck crew of an aircraft carrier, I will tell you that this is such a complex and co-ordinated process that there isn't room here to tell it to you. It is so loud and intense during launch and recovery ops that all communication is either done using sign language or light signals using wands.

When you have planes coming at you from both ends of the deck, your head is on a swivel constantly. All you need to do is see the film of a plane pusher getting sucked into an intake to realize how dangerous it is.|||Check http://www.navysite.de/cvn/catcom.htm for them.
